Proceeding in the Administrative Law Judge, here after known as (OALJ), at times you get an employer, such as my ex-employer Dillingham Ship Repair and their attorneys, who think they are above the “LAW.” So you have to enforce the law, to make employers and attorneys obey mandatory laws. Ridiculous, this ties up our legal system, because of uncalled-for lawsuits, caused by employers and their attorneys who take advantage of individuals and try to beat the legal system.
