The Innocent vs. The Guilty, contains actual events. All court names and cases are true. Names of insurance companies, state courts, state agencies, federal courts, federal agencies and the conduct of attorneys are actual events, and real names have been used.
The Innocent vs. The Guilty, is an extraordinary story of the courage and determination of an individual, first to recover from a work injury at Dillingham Ship Repair, then moving foreword seeking justice and fairness from the courts.
I will tell you why you do not need an attorney to appear into court. Attorneys say a person that appears in court without an attorney is foolish. This is a falsehood.
I have inserted United States Laws in the story, The Innocent vs. The Guilty. To give you a better understanding of the laws, so you will know what to do in a legal situation.
I have also inserted true court documents in the story, The Innocent vs. The Guilty, to show the burden I have been put through.
